THE COMBING OUT SCHEME. Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. V : LONDON, Jim. 17. Members of tho Amalgamated Society of Engineers at Woolwich arsenal attempted to hold a meeting to protest against Sir Auckland Geddea's comoing-out scheme. Other workers attended and pelted the engineers with dirty cotton waste, and broke up the meeting.
