REGIMENTS OF JEWS. CHIEFLY RUSSIANS. (United Service.) LONDON, August 8. The "War Office has completed arrangements to enrol Jewish regiments, which will consist largely of Russian Jews. It is estimated that 40,000 are available. Tho War Office has established camps in tho environs of London, and is safeguarding religious and racial observances. NO RUSSIAN FOOLISHNESS. SOLDIERS NOT POLITICIANS. ("Australian and N.Z. Cable. Assn.) In the House of Commons, Mr Macpherson stated that the "War Cabinet has decided that the King's regulations forbidding soldiers from participating in politico will be rigorously enforced.
