Ho explainod his intentions in a speech in which ho appealed to the King to place himself at tho head of tho national movement against Greoco's traditional enemies.
GREEK CRUISER. JOINS ALLIED FLEET. LONDON, Sept. 27. The "Daily Chronicle' s" Athens correspondent : states that tho Greek cruiser Hydra, accompanied by a destroyed, loft the Greek fleet at Salamis and has anchored in tho midst of theAllied squadron. Tho Hydra's captain Vransanos gavo distinguished service, in the Balkan war.
PROCLAMATION BY ARMY OFFICERS. One hundred and forty-six army officers have issued a proclamation, summoning their comrades to join the national movement.
