•NEW ZEAL.VXD REFRIGERATING . COMPANY,. SMITHFIELD. On Thursday last a farewell with presentation was made to Mr William .Anderson, who lias been fore-nan of tilie oleo and tallow department at. Sraithiield for some years, and who has now Tieen shifted, on promotion, to the Company's Works at Wauganui. Mr G- W. Slade, the Smithfield Alanager, who presided sad that though lie had not been long at Smithfiald, ho liad perceived Air Anderson's efficiency in Lis position. Ho complimented Alr Anderson on his promotion, and or belialf of the employees, presented him with a "gentleman's dressing case, 'gladstone bag, and ease of pipes, w.shiiig him success in his position and improved health for Airs Anderson, who lws nofc enjoyed good health for some time Air W.
