Berlin newspapers confess that the announcement of a Turco-Bulgarian agreement was premature, but it is expected daily. The "Entente is urging Bulgaria to postpone her signature until the Servians make an unequivocal reply to the Entente.

There is a hopeful feeling in regard to Servians reply to the Allies, notwith-stand-ng fresh opposition to concessions in parliamentary circles, as it is believed that the Premier M. Pashitch, will succeed in reconciling them.
BULGARIAN PARTIES
SOFIA, August 2S
Opposition groups have issued a collective Note condemning the Cabinet for not convoking Parliament in order to assure the co-operation of all parties in the national interests.
The semi-official journal "Narodnaprakn" explains that it is unnecessary to summon Parliament. The Government will not abandon neutrality until her rights are violated.
BULGARIA SAFE AS YET
NISH, August 28
Our aviators' reconnaisanco at Orsova show that the Austro-Gorman concentration is not yet adequate for the reported plan to force a passage towards Bulgaria.
