Edmund James Steele to come up for sentence on three charges of breaking, entering and theft. CIVIL CASES. Charles Ha'.'l v. Janet Dry den, a cla:m for money lent. Martha I'Yaueis Freeman v. Elizabeth Sice, a claim for cancellation of right to hold certain land alleged to hare boon obtained by undue inllue'ite. Cornelius Byrne v. Pet or Robertson Reekie, a ciaim lor breach of agreement to purchase a hotel. Originating summons: Ernest Henry Hodge v. Margaret Tyson, an application to enable plaintiff to exorcise power of sab; under the Mortgages Extension Act.
