CLEARING SALES.
Guinness and LeCren Ltd. report a very successful clearing sale on account of Mr William Elliott at Albury 011 Monday last. There was a large attendance, and every lot- was sold under keen competition. The following are details of some of tire prices realised ; Sheep.—32o 2, 4. 6 and 8-tooth and f.m. ewes 18s (xl, 67 m.s. hoggets 15s, 7 2 and 4-tooth wethers 18s 2d. It cull ewes 5s 3d, 6 2 and 3-shear B.L. rams to 2 guineas. Horses.—Mares, syrs £SO 10s, Dyrs £36, Syrs £34, llyrs £2l 10s, 6yrs £IS: gelding, 7yrs, £36; unbroken horses—filly rising 3yrs £26, halfdraught gelding 3vrs £lO 10s, foal l\v Clyde brook £l3 15s. half-draught foal Cattle.—Cows in profit- £l3 and ,£> 10s; IS-months steers and heifers £5 17s: 6 months calves. 375. Implements. McCormick binder £22, dray £IR, Duncan stripper £l2. Cooper and Duncan Drill £lO 10s. M.H. grubber and seeder £ll 10s. cultivator fo 10s.
