The Turk-; are unable to arm the ner.v troops. especially those selected to tight against th-: Italians. AH the arsenals of the empire nave heen emptied. The soldiers are armed ivith old rifles, lances, scimitars, and knives. The Turks are also short- of one thousand mines which the Allies have swept nt>. Tile relations of General von de;Cioltz and Enver Pasha are cool.
