ANNUAL MEETING. The annual mouting of tin's society took place oil Wednesday night, Colonel Moore presiding, and there being a satisfactory atteudauoe. Webster; Auditor, Mr Bannehr. -Mi - Campbell expressed tho opinion that tlie J lose Show might again lie held in conjunction with the ladies in aid of the Home- and Jilmpiro League and tiiis was agreed to. Mr Cox thought, both shows might he held for the same object, but it was understood that tlie committee would vote any profits from the Summer Show to nelp the Patriotic Fund. It was agreed to give the Royal Hortiicu.turai Society's Medals and certificates as in past years. On the motion of tlie President, Mr W. Thomas the retiring secretary was heartily thanked for his admirable sevvicts. and th nks were also accorded ret.vitig members of committee ;-.nd the committee as a whole for its good work. Co'onel Moore also received a cordial voie of appreciation of his tact and ability as President of the Soeietv.
