THREAT TO BULGARIA. (High Commissioner's Cable.) LONDON, Aug. 26 (5.30 a.m.). "The Times" Balkan correspondent in an important despatch says he believes the plans for a new Austin-Ger-man offensive against Servia involve the deliberate violation of Bulgarian territory. He adds "In case of resistance the fate of Belgium awaits Bulgaria." London circles hope for a Balkan agreement is still entertained. SERVIA'S FOREIGN POLICY. "Times" and Sydney "Sun" Servioes. Press Association—By Tel.—Copyright. Servian papers favour an agreement with Bulgaria, M. Pashitch, Premier of Servia, in an explanation of his foreign policy occupied fifteen hours. It is understood that he declared himself in favour of making concessions to Bulgaria, trusting to the judgment of the Entente.
