THE TRIENNIAL ELECTION. GERALDINE HIDING. The election of three members .for theGeraldine Riding of the Geraldine County took place and resulted as follows: — F. R. Flatnian ......... 326 ,P. Mulvihill 301 G. A. M. Macdonald ...... 168 The polling at the various booths was fair, and the figures were as under: —
Mr Flatman thanked the electors for their confidence in him and said he would continue to do his best for tliero in the future as in the past. Mr Mulvihill spoke in a similar strain. At the conclusion Mr Mulvihill proposed three ch-ners for the defeated candidate, and these were heartily given.
