It gives tho uiilitary authorities power to arrest _ any person suspected of having committed or being about to commit a. breach-of , these regulations; also power to occupy any building or premises suspected of being used in a manner injurious to public safety; it prohibits tho publication or wpread or false news likely to creato disaffection or alarm; it also prohibits tho possession of wireless apparatus without authority. There aro several regulations relating to shipping in connection with defended harbours.
