FOOTBALL.
OTAGO TEAM'S VISIT. The last representative match to bo played in Timaru this season will take place at the Caledonian Grounds next Thursday, when an Otago representative team will play its second match in Timaru. The southern team will arrive by the second express on Wednesday, and leave on Friday for Christchurch. Four games liavo so far been played between Otago and South Canterbury, of which Otago has won two. South Canterbury one, and one was drawn. Three of the four were played in Dunedin. and South Canterbury are hopeful of being able oil their own ground of making the honours even again.
