The report is not yet confirmed. (The Kronprinz Wilhelm belongs to the North German Lloyd lino, is 14,908 tons, and of 35.000 horse power.) WHAT REALLY HAPPENED. LISBON, Sept.. 2. A considerable portion of the proceeds will represent bounty to the navy and the balance will go to meet the expenses of the war. The total value of interned Gorman vassrls and cargoes in neutral ports is about forty-seven millions. REDUCTION OF FREIGHTS. LONDON, Sept. 2.
