THE CAUSE LIST. The criminal sessions of the Supreme Court will open in Timaru on June 9, before His Honour Mr Justice Sim. The following is the cause list:— CRIMINAL CASES. Daisy Dixon (Mr .Rolleston) v. Chas. Besley (Mr Raymond) claim £IOOO, on account of negligent driving causing death of plaintiff's husband.

R. Catherwood (Mr Inglis) v. A. Hamilton (Mr Ravmond) "claim' £l6O damages for non-delivery of sheep.

IN DIVORCE.

Application for divorce will be made bv Helen Ellis (Mr Emslie) agahist W. W. Ellis on the ground of drunkenness and cruelty.
