LONDON, Jan. 24. ; Tho Ulster Liberal Association states j that Mr Churchill's visit is tho outoomo of a long-standing invitation. Members of tho Association absorbed all the seating accommodation, and none is available for tho public. As tho members arc mostly Protestants, it ridicules tho idea that it is a Nationalist gathering. The Association's committee adopted a resolution expressing a determination to defend their constitutional rights, and to hold the meeting against tho forces of lawlessness. WHAT IS HOME RULE TO BE? Sir E. Carson, in a speech at Manchester, said he thought the responsible Minister should have outlined the Irish Constitution. He believed tha Government did not know therm*ves what Home Rule was going to be. Every line they wrote would bo edited by Mr Redmond, who in turn was edited by a greater force behind, him. CONSERVATIVE THREATS. Mr Hothouse, it East Bristol, toad the Conservative leaders' speeches in the Lancashire Anti-Home Rule campaign contained threats which tbe Government could only view seriously.
