Li the second ballots, Heir Kaempf, a Radical, retained liis scat in tine Kaiser's division of Berlin or 7 votes, by means of the Conservative rote. Tho Chancellor end all the Ministers voted for him. Tho Socialists sec.nr.ed 27 seats today, notably Cologne from the Catholics and Frankfort on. tbe Maine from the Radicals.
