SYDNEY, June 30. .During a record fog in the harbour, the ferry steamers Kangaroo and Kunnamulla collided, the ferry steamer j Bingarra got foul of the callier Parej ora, and the ferry steamer Lady Raw- | came into collision with another. The I vessels in each case were running i slow, and the damage was not serious. ; There was considerable excitement ' among the passengers. Tho steam lighter Jubilee, coming down the Par- ; ramatta River, was piled on tho Bro- ) thers rocks, displacing the marble ! monument to the sculler Searle from j its foundation. A number of , other ; vessels had narrow escapes of colliding j or grounding .in the fog.
