Ypetorday tlio moot was at Soadowu ?&fl\vay station. Tha first hare, found on Mrs Ftzgerald's land, crossed Mrs Sullivan'* and tho railway lino on to Mrs Hedloy's land, eventually to be lost after a short run on Mr Gilliatt's farm. Mr Bellett's, Mr John Fitzgerald's, and Mr John Lynch'a paddocks were all drawn Eventually a weak hare found on Mr William Lyrich's land was killed on Mrs Hedley's farm affcor a short run of two miles. During the afternoon one of tho field, who was .very suddenly taken ill, was very kindly taken care of by Mrs William Lynch, until he was well enough to be takes to Tim am.
