The entry money amounted to £55, members' subscriptions £2O, donations and casn receipts' £22, door and sale of catalogues, £l4; total £llß. The expenses, including prizes £SB odd, amounted to nearly £ll2 in all. This was considered satisfactory, though the margin was small. The credit balance would have boon larger but for several unforeseen contingencies, and some assets had been secured in the shape of material necessary for show purposes. There was still a small balance of £8 from last year's show. The president stated that the credit balance was small, but the position was satisfactory, and he thought that the secretary should receive some- small remuneration. The salary had been previously fixed at £5, but that was not sufficient, he had all the worry and work in connection with the show. He moved that: the secretary receivo a Bonus of £4, if the funds allowed, and this was carried unanimously amid applause. Mr Dale thanked the members for their kindness, and said that if tho bonus could not be paid, he was satisfied with the expressions of approval just given by members. He stated that Mr France had helped him very Snaterially.
