SOME ADVICE ABOUT SUMMER MfflKS. i At this time of tliQ year, when summer drinks are in great demand and when so many cheap, syntheticallyprepared and adulterated decoctions arc offered to the public, it will be wis to remember that Thomson and Co., of Dunedin, guarantee© that their cordials and ginger wine contain no chemicals or adulteratios of any kind. They guarantee to us that tbeir Ginger Wine is manufactured from th* finest and purest tropical ingredients, and that is is a genuine wine — not a cordial or liquid fruit generally Bold as ginger wine. It is matured fc, at least two and a half years in seasoned oak, then racked, twice reracked, and bottled. It is certainly a wine or rare vinosity and delightful bouquet. They guaranteee that their Raspberry Vinegar is manufactured from a careful selection of fresh fruit and sweetened and thickened with ony the 70ry finest No. 1 grade cane sugar. No chemical flavouring or thickening matis used, and it is matured for at least six mdnths before being put on tho market. They also guarantee to us that their lime-juice Cordial is manufactured from th-s first pressing of specially cultivated West Indian Limes (not the crude pulp, chemical essences, or generally used), and triple refined and reserved for them by Messrs Hose raid Co., of London, tho leading growers and retiners of the world, who are bound by a guarantee to supply Thomson and' Co. with pure fruit juice vifh a natural acidity of So grains per fluid ounce. Nothing better than this can lyv produced in the world, and Thomson's Lime-juice Cordial is therefore miles ahead of anything on this market. as also are all their productions. We are asked to warn the public that cheap, chemically-prepared decoctions without any manufacturer's name on the label (which is a close imitation) are being offered as Thomson's, therefore be careful to see that the came "Thomson and Co." and the trademark "Purity" are on the wrapper, label, and capsule, otherwise it is not genuine...
