A strong south-easterly gale with heavy rain' has prevailed Bince laßt night, and a high sea is running. The coasting steamer Rosendalo has been wreoked at Bellinger river heads. The crew and passengers are Bufe. BAIN STORM AT SYDNEY, The storm continues and snipping are sheltering. An incessant end heavy rain has fallen since last night, and still continues. Six inches had fallen m Sydney up to 8 p.m. The fall is general, and extremely heavy in some parts. Telegraphio communication is interrupted. Received 1.15 a.m., Jan. 18th. SYDNEY, Jan. 12. Some low-lying suburbs are flooding. Floods are reported from parts of the country.
