It says that the solution lies in the internationalisation of the line. British predominance in Persia should bp confined t» the Gulf coasts. The "Berlin Post" declares that the terminus of the railway will be in essentially Turkish territory, Britain must settle, not with Germany, but with Russia and Turkey.
