ADJUDGED A BANKRUPT; Par Press Association. DL'NEDIN, Oct. 16. William Miller, the missing money-* lender for whoso arrest a warrant has been issued, has boon adjudicated a bankrupt. Affidavits were filed in support of tho allegation tluit Miller left -Dunedin on the otli inst'. with intent to defraud his creditors. He was apparently embarrassed in finances, and bad complained of suffering from insomnia. lie was advised to call his creditors together, but would not do so. lie left ostensibly for Fairlio on tho that he would roturn to Dunooia on the following day.
