Ketehell, the middle weight champion boxer, was fatally shot by a ranch hand at Conway, Missouri, as the result of a quarrel. An operation to remove the bullet from his baok failed. CO-A BUTTED FOR TRIAL: Per Press Association. HASTINGS, Oct. 15. At the Magistrate's Court Maria Mooney. aged 26, an unmarried woman, was acquitted on a charge of murder of her mule child. On a second count of disposing of the body for the purpose of concealment of birth the accused was committed for trial. Bail in the sum of £2OO wa3 forthcoming.
