In a ease heard at the Supreme Court, in v.-hx-li a young man was i charged with a sexual offence, it was '.sia.i-d that he was a victim to personal w.akne-.s. He had been in cominunka•liuii with "quacks'' in Australia, who professed to cure such diseases.
