ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the congregation of Chalmers Presbyterian (. much was held m the Jackson"jiall fast evening, when members and adherents numbering about 10U attended. The Pew A. Alacattlay Caldwell presided and expressed ins pleasure at seeing so many present—the largest attendance at an annual meeting that he had seen hi Ins experience, except on ouo occasion when there was a row on. Speaking on the Sunday school work, -Mr Alckcnzie (superintendent) expressed the hope that parents 'would assist by making their children attend regularly and said that there was n pressing need for auxiliary teachers ! Air Caldwell said that he'also thought I that the attendance at the Sunday school could be greater.
