ALBURY SALE. Tho usual monthly sale was hold at Albury saleyards yesterday. Xne yarding iur tins season of the year uas a lsugo one, about/ 4.500 sheep being penned. Leslie O'Callaghnn and Co. report as follows on business during tho past week:—Poultry : We had a full entry, and prices showed a decided improvement on late sales, and our entry was cleared at top prices. Consignments of Xood table birds aio in exceptionally good demand. The following are the prices secured at auction :—Hens 3s 3d to os for extra good lots, cockerels in good demand 3s Gd to os for prime birds, ducks 4s 'to us.
