The other coiner escaped. FATAL RAID ON MAGAZINE, | PARIS. August 12. Mauraders endeavoured to force an j entrance to the powder magazine at | Vergclong, France, and wounded the sentry. The guard turned out to ins assistance, and fired at the men, who fled. The volley by the guards accidentally killed a sentry.
