Enquirer.—The electors of the elective member of a Land Board, according to the Act of 1907 ar» persons ■who were on the preceding lirst of January " tho owners of any lease or license of or in respect of Grown lands situated within the laud district of the Board.' If two or more x>ersons are joint owners of the lease or license they have but ono vote between them. Obviously, a local body or person not having an interest in such a lease or license can have no right_to vote.
