TIMARU MARKETS. In Timaru the wheat market has been quiet during tho past week. .Milters Laving lilled present requirements, have to a. certain extent ceased buying. There has been some outlet for slightly sprouted Tuscan, in fair condition lor shipment Home, and a few thousand bags have found buyers at equal to about 3s Id f.0.b., sacks included. There is, however, a considerable quantity of this class of wheat still available in town stores, and in the country, and unless this is disposed of withm the next month, the ultimate result will jo very unsatisfactory to growers as millers are confident that good milling quality will bo available up to the end of the season. Whether this prediction Will bo consummated, it is not an easy • matter to forecast at present. Sprouted gram for fowl wheat purposes is iindin<' vory limited outlet at 3s to 3s Id f.0.b., sacks in, according to condition. There ia very little movement in the oat market.
