BREACH OF AWARD. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 29. At the Magistrate's Court to-day, Richardson and Co., Port Ahuriri, were fined £1 and costs for breach of the seamen's award in failing to pay overtime in respect of a trip made on a- Sunday by tl;e steamer Kahu to Akito. • The trip was made to discharge cargo but this was not carried out.
