Weak, Run Down Woman Tells how She got Strength, For t'.vo years Mrs. A. O'Keefe, Cass St., Ashburton, was weak, bloodless and ill. Three different doctors treated lier and stated she was suffering from Anaemia. She told a reporter how she became the strong active woman she is to-day. These are her words:— "When I was a girl of eighteen rears I gradually became quite anaemic. My face became very pale. The whites of j my eyes turned a very pale yellowish blue color. My gums, the inner suri face of my eyelids and lips, grew very pale. I completely lost my appetite and I became thoroughly run down. My | tongue was thickly coated with a yei- ! lowish substance. My mouth had a disagreeable taste. I suffered much from j shortness of breath, especially if I ; moved about or exerted myself in the i least. I had a buzzing noise in my I ears. I suffered much from acute headj aches in my forehead and temples. My j nerves were very much out of order. I j was very low spirited with a sort of • dead feeling all over. I was very i irritable and the least thing would j annoy me. I became very thin as my j body wasted away very much. I had been in this state, gradually getting worse, for about one year before I consulted a doctor, when I did lie described my illness as nervous debility caused by anaemia. I consulted three doctors altogether. They all stated I was suffering from Anaemia and all prescribed for me. I was under their care for about ten' or twelve months, but derived very little benefit from their treatment remaining in much the same state as when I first consulted them. Some l«dy friend advised me to try Dr. Williams' Pink Pills. I bought one box and felt so much benefit from its use that I continued with them till I had taken four boxes. I felt thoroughly restored to good health being stronger and better than I had felt for vears nreviously."
