REGULATIONS FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PLEASANT POINT CEMETERY. "I . Persons desirous of obtaining an 1. exclusive right in any plot of ground in the Cemetery tor the purpose of making graves, family vaults, or erecting monuments, may do so at a rate of £1 10s Od per plot. Applications for this purpose must be made to the Trustees or other duly authorised persons. 2. Every burial plot shall be 9ft. x 4ft., and every grave shall be at least oft, in depth. 3. All tombstones, railings, or other erections of any kind shall be subject to the approval of the Trustees and shall only be permitted on purchased plots. 4. Any purchaser of private ground may transfer his or her interest therein to any other person upon tlie payment of a fee of os per plot for such transfer. 5. In all cases of intended interment the undertaker or person having control or management of the same shall apply to the Sexton or other duly authorised person for a warrant for such interment, such warrant shall be granted xrpon payment of the following fees.

For burial of persons over 10 .Tears of age:—Digging grave sft. in depth—lss, bevond oft.—2s 6d per ft. Attendance- and dressing for 12 months—7s. .Warrant—2s 6d } Registering 2s 6d. For burial of persons 10 years of age and imder: Digging grave oi'fc. in depth—los, beyond sft.—2s 6d per ft. .Warrant—2s 6d, Registering 2s 6d. Reopening grave or Tault—£l os. Od. 6. Orders for interment must be given to the Sexton at least 8 working hours prior to the hour fixed for burial, otherwise an extra charge of 2s for each hour or fraction" thereof tor any less time than 8 hours will be made. 7. The following particulars must accompany the order:— Name of deceased, age, denomination, officiating minister (if any), day and hour of burial, number of plot, required size and depth of grave. 8. Arrangements may be made with the .Sexton for keeping grave plots in order at a fee not exceeding 5s per plot per annum, but su'ch arrangement shall not be made with any other persons (deceased relatives excepted). 0. In all cases where Sunday interment takes place a fee of os shall be paid to the Sexton in addition to ordinary charges. 10. Vehicles will only be allowed in the cemetery at th© discretion of the trustees. 11. No person except the Sexton sliaU open or dig a grave unless authorised by the Trustees. 12.
