The tramway to servo the E.E. Mol« will be relaid along the beach as shown and the locomotive shed removed from its present location to the seaward side of Fraser Street.

Provision is made for a double siding along the proposed road for railway connection with the sheds, and this siding will be connected vvitb. the Hayes and Fraser Street sidings. The estimated cost of the proposed works exclusive of railway sidings along "Wharf Street, is £13,500, made up as follows :
