IN compliance with Section 17 of "The Tramways Act 1908," the Council of the Levels County hereby gives notice that the application of the Timaru Harbour Board for a License for a period of Five Years' as from the 7th day of March 1910 to lay down maintain and use a Private Tramway along the upper Otipua Road from its intersection with the South Town Belt, Timaru, near the Cemetery to its intersection with the main South Road across the main South Road by a, level crossing and continuing along the said upper Otipua Road for a total length of one mile and 43 chains or thereabouts to a point on the said Road 23 chains North West of its junction with, the Fairview Road and continuing for a further length of 40 chains in a North-westerly direction along a Road constructed through Rural Section 4839 within the said County WILL BE CONSIDERED at the meeting of the said Council to be held on WEDNESDAY the 6th day of April 1910 at the hour of 12 o'clock noon at the County Office, Church Street, Timaru, w l*en the said Application and any objections thereto will be taken into consideration by the said Council. A Plan of the proposed Tramway will be open for public inspection at the said County Office during Office hours from the Second Day of March 1910 until the holding of the said Meeting on the 6tli day of April 1910.
