CADETS' CAMP.
*». CHARGE AND REFUTATION. Per Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, Feb. 28. There is great indignation here at fcho shocking mismanagement in connection with the cadet encampment at Hutt Park, Wellington. The local boys were away four days and had scarcely a good meal and decent sleeping accommodation the whole time. HASTINGS, Feb. 28. Dr Delisle, officer in charge of the Hawkes Bay Scouts, strongly protests against the charges of mismanagement levelled against the Hutt Park camp authorities. He asserts that there were plentiful food supplies, and the arrangements perfect for the boys' comfort. His boys wanted nothing, and appreciated the forethought shown.
