DETAILS OF THE JUDGMENT. Press Association-liy Telegraph-Copyright NEW YORK, Nov. 21. Tho pudgment of the Circuit" Court of Appeal, describes the Company as exerting-itself to prevent competition between the companies it controls; it also fixes the purchase price of crude oil, the rates of its transport, and tho selling price of its products. It prevented and is preventing any competition in inter-stato and international commerce in petroleum and its products between subsidiary companies and between these and itself. The defendants entered a combination end conspiracy which is illegal under section 1 of the anti-Trust Act, monopolising a substantial part of the interState international commerce and it violates section 2. The judgment enjoins the Standard Oil Company of New Jersey from voting on tho stock of the defendant companies and exercising control of and supervising those holding its stock.
