It prevented and is preventing any competition in inter-stato and international commerce in petroleum and its products between subsidiary companies and between these and itself. The defendants entered a combination end conspiracy which is illegal under section 1 of the anti-Trust Act, monopolising a substantial part of the interState international commerce and it violates section 2. The judgment enjoins the Standard Oil Company of New Jersey from voting on tho stock of the defendant companies and exercising control of and supervising those holding its stock.
