IMPORTANT AUCTION SALE OF HIGH CLASS AGRICULTURAL THE CANTERBURY FARMERS' CO-OPERATIVE ASSOCIATION, LTD., in conjunction with Messrs Pyne and Co. have been instructed by the executrix in the estate of the late Andrew Martin, Otaio, to Sell by Public .Auction at Tattersall's Land Sale rooms, Timaru, on SATURDAY, 200 i NOV:, 1909, At 2 p.m. GRANGE 1 FARM, OTAIO, Comprising 1005 Acres 2 Roods and 29 perches, subdivided into 17 paddocks securely fenced and well watered together with. 6-roomed dwellinghouse, dairy, wash, and coal houses, men's quarters,; lecmaisting of dining, and sleeping" accommodation for ten men, cook Louse, fitted with baker's oven, and all np > to; date conveniences; stables, granary, chaff and buggy houses, blacksmith's shop, cow byre, large sheep and- cattle yards, almost new.
