GERMAN PRESS COMMENT. •Ercss Association-By Telegraph-Copyright BERLIN, Oct. 26. Some German newspapers suggest that the Racconigi meeting resulted in a Russo-Italian arrangement to prevent Austria's further advance southwards. Tho "National Zeitung" considers itself justified in warning Germany to pursue a cautious external policy. Tho " Kreuz Zeitung" urges Germany to avoid an ostrich-like, attitude, and expresses distrust of Italy. LONDON, Oct. 26. The "Times'" Berlin correspondentreports that the bulk of the German Press shows a grim determination to make the best of the situation.
