WOMEN'S CONFERENCE. Press Aaaocjation-By Telegraph-Copvright LONDON, Oct. 22. The National Union of Women Workera* Conference at Portsmouth adopted a' resolution in favour of the systematic emigration of women to the oversea dominions. Miss Margaret Hodge, of Australia, warned the Conference of tho great evil of sending unsuitable emigrants. Miss Rosely, of Queensland, read a paper upon the condition of education in tie Commonwealth.
