CELEBRATIONS IN ENGLAND. (Press A*»ciation-By Telegraph-Copyriglifc LONDON, Oct. 21. Trafalgar Day was celebrated throughout the country. Nelson s Column was garlantled with laurel and ivy, and many wreaths wore, placed on it, including a number from colonial branches of the Navy League. Several came from New Zealand.
