One hundred Spanish and French anarchists stoned the Spanish Embassy doors in Paris as a protest against the arrest of Ferrer, the anarchist. Thirtynine were arrested. ARREST OF A BRITISHER. Mr Nicholas Luxenburg, a British merchant/ whom Russia compensated for- false arrest at Odessa, was rearrested on landing at Yalto, in the Crimea. KING IN AN AIRSHIP. BERLIN, Sept. 10. The King of Saxony, with his suite, had two flights with Count Zeppelin in an airship, one flight lasting two hours.
