DUNEDIN, Sept. 9. •At a meeting of tbo Harbour Board to-day reference was made to the question of the painters award, and it was decided "That it be an instruction >to the delegates representing the Board at the Harbour Board's Association to advocate that all .Harbour Boards pay their employees a wage rate not less than the rates fixed by the Arbitration Court for work in similar industries."
