TATTERSALLS HORSE SALE. The Canterbury Farmers' Co-opera-tive Association report on the usual weekly sale of horses held at Tatter- ~—- sail's yards on Saturday as follows: — The entry comprised 16 draught horses, the fact that it was National week, accounting for the small entry. Included in the entry were some very good draughts, which met with gooil competition selling at i>rices ranging from £-30 10s. to £35. Other kinds were slow of sale. A sheep dog changed hands at 7s 6d, and varions sundries fetched satisfactory prices. THE MART. Leslie O'Callaghan and Co. report as follows on business during the past week:—Poultry.—A fair entry came forward, and met with a good demand at late prices. Hens, good 3s 9d to 5s per pair, medium 2s 3d to 3s 3d. * cockerels 3s 6d to 4s lOd. ducks 4s to 4s 6d, geese ss. Pigs.—A medium entry met- with a good demand. \Ye quote wea'nerslOs 6d to 15s 6d, small stores 18s 6d" to 31s. Produce. —A good local demand exist* for all lines, chaff being in excellent demand.
