WAIMATE v. TIMAPvTI. A team of golfers from the Timaru Golf Club travelled to NVainiate yesterilay to play a match against, the loeal Club. The visitors were most hospitably entertained at lunch and afternoon tea by the Waimate Club, and returned home by the evening train, after having tnoroughly enjoyed the day's outing. foursomes were played over nine holes, and singles over thirteen holes.
