BALLOON FIRED AT.
THREE AKBONAUTS KILLED. , Press Telegraph-Copyright . . ST. PETERSBURG,'Aug. 12. Russian guards lired at a German balloon which was crossing the Silesian frontier near Proziliaka, and compelled a descent. ' • Three of the aeronauts were killed, and a fourth seriously wounded. The Germans 1 state that the Russians opened lire before the balloon crossed the frontier. , QUITE, ANOTHER- STORY. Received 10.p.m., August loth. ST. PETERSBURG, Aug.. 13.
