THE GRAND VIZIER'S ORDER. MANIFESTO TO MOSLEMS. Press Association-By Telegraph-Copyright Received ,9.20 p.m., July 16th. CALCUTTA, July 16. The Grand Vizier has ordered the Sheik id Islam to prepare, for distribution in every town and village of the Empire a manifesto demonstrating by texts from .the Koran and the traditions of duty that all good Moslems should treat Christians with justice, and regard them as fellow citizens with equal rights. The most learned ulemas have been ordered to take the manifesto as a text for their sermons during the Rcmazan. Translations have been , ordered, to be distributed iii Egypt.
