DETERMINED FIGHTING.^^ CAPTURE OF POSITIONS. Press .Assocdation-By Telegraph-Copyright TEHERAN, July 14. The fight at Teheran lasted all Tuesday night. The Nationalists captured a position near Parliament House. Colonel Lakhoff, commander of a brigade, finally captured part of the Cossacks' position. The latter arc now shelling the Nationalists. The shah's trdpps have arrived from Sultanabad, and are shelling Parliament Buildings. The Nationalists complained to the Consuls that the Government's Cossacks were firing from tho shelter of the Russian flag at Colonel Lakhoff's house. TERMS OF SURRENDER. Received 10.40 p.m., July 15th. TEHERAN, July 15. The secretary to the Russian Legation at Teheran, on behalf of Colonel Lakhoff, commander of the Shah's forces and Persian Cossacks, has asked the terms of surrender. The Nationalist commanders replied that if they relinquish their arms, the officers will he set free and tho men permitted to serve in the constitutional forces of the Government. All tho Russian warships in the Caspian Sea have gone to Persian waters.
