The Consultative Committee of tho Board of Education report that the lack of continued secondary education is among the chief causes of national unemployment, and suggest that the local authorities should be compelled to provide continuation classes, that employers should be obliged to concede time for their apprentices to attend secondary schools, and that the school age should be raised to fifteen.
